2. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Time Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value — check our website for current promotions.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier's website.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our website's contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and keep you informed.

8. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

9. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Velnig is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
